Excellent service and staff. Within 3 hours after calling in the claim they had a crew at our house starting the clean up. They were extremely helpful and knew what they were doing and the process in how the claim is handled. They informed us that they would be by the next day to check in and they were right on time. This job took 4 weeks and during this time we were planning a party with many things going on. They worked around our schedule the whole time. I will admit we were picky with things but Mike our project manager was extremely good with getting everything we asked done. Our house looks great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. FAST AND EFFICIENT AND VERY CLEAN.

This company responded the day I called, they started the work immediately in drying out the carpeting and removing the water from my carpet as a result of a slab leak break in the hot water lines under the slab of my house in the living room. They packed up my belongings and took them to storage, all done promptly and very professionally. the next day I had a comprehensive quote for what they were going to charge for the repairs and then for the extra work that we wanted to have done. The insurance company Safeco loved the drawings , measurements and the thoroughness of the proposal. I liked the idea of two proposals one for insurance and one for the items we were going to pay for. They arranged for a plumber to repair the water lines which was done over 1.5 days a total re-pipe, fast and efficient and very clean, they cleaned up daily after themselves. I will recommend this firm to my clients that have similar damage as I am an insurance agent for commercial clients and I am very, very pleased with the work. I was very satisfied with the top notch service. I had been told by many contractors that the water damage to my downs stairs door was caused by improper installation of the windows upstairs. I called Padgetts to look at the issue. Jeffrey Padgett brought his water detecting camera to my property and also performed a water test. The other contractors were wrong! 1st thing you worry about when you have a need to hire a contractor is.. Are they going to rip me off?? Are they going to be dishonest? I am in the design industry..so working with contractors is nothing new. So many people have fears surrounding this for good reason.. Many promise the world...but do not deliver! This is where Padgetts delivers. They are so HONEST! seriously ... not that common in this field. What they say is what they deliver.
