RESTORATION TECHNICIAN I

A minimum of 6 months hands on experience in the restoration/construction industry with mechanical ability and tool usage.

About the Position: must be able to drive a manual and automatic transmission vehicle. The operation of extraction machines, pressure washers and other power equipment takes place daily. Must be able to learn and execute basic cleaning procedures for water and fire damage and understand mold hazards and containment systems. An attitude receptive to constant learning through our on-going training program is required.

About Your Attitude: Positive orientation toward customer service and working on a complimentary basis with fellow team members. Must be open to constructive criticism as part of the growth and learning process. Must follow all company policies and directives and be aware of safety requirements at all times. Basic leadership skills should be learned such as job status reporting, accomplishing company monthly goals, and job and task planning.

Credentials and Licences: Valid California driver's licence and insurable. Certain trade licences helpful..
